Skilled Nursing Care

Skilled Nursing Care is delivered by a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (with RN supervision). They are equipped with the training and experience qualifying them to provide nursing care in the home. Nurses are carefully screened and licensure is verified as a condition of employment. Nurses' skills and experience are considered when making patient assignments. Our best effort is placed toward selection of a good match for your family needs.

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

Physical, occupational and speech therapy services are provided by a licensed therapist or therapy assistant (under the direction of a therapist). The appropriate therapist develops a plan of care in coordination with the physician.

Medical Social Worker

The Medical Social Worker is a support team member who is licensed by the state. He (She) assists patients with referral/access to community resources, living and financial arrangements, and long range planning. The Medical Social Worker may also provide short-term counseling.

Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide services are delivered under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist. Care delivered by the aide typically might include bathing the patient, changing linens, shampooing hair, and assistance with other activities of daily living. For most programs, the aide is supervised by the RN at least every 14 days. Aides employed by HOME HEALTH USA, LLC are carefully screened and have experience and training in providing care in the home.

Other Services

The agency may participate in various state, federal or private programs. Eligibility for these programs is determined by the individual program rules and patient needs. Some of these programs may provide similar services to those listed above. A care manager will help you determine whether you meet specific criteria for the program and whether our agency can provide the service.
